Return policy
At La Mode d'Ophélie , we hope you will be fully satisfied with your order. However, if an item does not suit you, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Once the return is received, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days .
Return conditions
For your return to be accepted, please respect the following conditions:
- Items must be clean, unworn and unwashed .
- Clothes must be carefully folded and packed in a suitable pouch or box.
- Items must retain their original labels and not show any traces of perfume, tobacco, makeup or sweat.
- Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box , which must itself be placed in a shipping package (the box cannot be used directly as a return carton).
👉 Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be refused. In this case, no refund or credit will be issued.
Return costs
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
- Initial delivery charges are not refunded.
- Keep your package tracking number safe: without proof of deposit or tracking, we will not be able to make a claim in the event of loss of the package by the carrier.
Sale items and promotions
Items purchased during sales or with a discount are only refundable in the form of a credit note valid on the entire site.
Return procedure

- Include the form in your return package.

Refund
- Once your return has been processed and validated, the refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering (credit card, PayPal or gift card).
- Only items that comply with our return conditions will be refunded.
- The initial shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Items damaged by the carrier
If your package arrives damaged, you must immediately contact the carrier on the day of delivery to file a claim. After this time, no compensation can be claimed.
